Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Concrete Forman to join our team of talented professionals. This position requires someone who can meet strict deadlines and has excellent attention to detail. Applicants for this position should be able to run their own project from start to finish, as well as take direction from others when necessary. We’re looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn new skills, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Be able to read blueprints and perform basic math
Use tools and materials to build items
Execute form layout
Flatworks/slab building experience
Can manage a team and have supervision skills
