Carpenter/High End Builder

We’re seeking a high-end, experienced carpenter/builder with a strong background in residential construction and remodeling. This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, respectful, and capable of working independently or with a small crew on-site.

Types of Projects You’ll Work On:

Kitchens and bathrooms
Flooring, windows, siding
Decks and porches
Home additions, garages, and pole barns
Custom homes and church builds

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of residential carpentry: framing, siding, trim, decking, and finish work
Read and interpret plans and blueprints
