AGC Maine and other partners in industry worked together to develop the Procedural Guides to Maine’s Building Indutry AKA: The Blue Book. The revised version was approved in Summer of 2009 and provides updates relevant to building construction today. Copies may be picked up at AGC Maine or downloaded for free below.
